    I've eaten at this Waffle House twice. Both times were good experiences. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, clean, fast, cheap. What more can you ask for?

    Usually eat from here often, but lately terrible customer service and horrible phone etiquette. After calling today and being yelled at; I decided to take my business elsewhere.

    Waffle House use to be a great and convenient place to grab something to eat. I don't know if management change or what! Location on Pamplico hwy is getting worse. Nothing against the job itself but, I have always been a firm believer in doing  what you are paid to do. When it gets to the place where you cant do that anymore then find something else to do. Don't make the customer life miserable. I blame management for allowing it.
